Before the groom-
During the groom-
Dogs are groomed one at a time and approximate turnaround is 1-2.5 hours (time will be given at drop off).
Please let us know if your furbaby has any anxieties or has a tendency to bite.
If we are informed we can work to gain your furbabys trust. We will phone you if your pet looks like it will be a bitter. Safety of the groomer is our concern and aggressive pets will not be groomed.
Please note that for safety reasons, we do not allow non-staff members to stay while grooming dogs.
Existing skin conditions can be exposed with de-matting and clipping of your pet. Again, we will inform you by phone if we find any of these conditions.
We take great precautions with our equipment and your furbaby.
Sharp scissors, clippers and your pet jumping around can cause injury to either the groomer or your pet, there is always a rare chance of cutting your pet’s skin, and with de-matting, a higher chance. Please be aware of this.
We will take the most tender care but all cost associated with Veterinary attention are your responsibility if such injuries are due to your pets moving or, if the coat or skin condition are at fault.
The price can change at any time at groomers discretion based on condition of coat, fleas present, dog behaviour. (usually the quote is correct or close) - we will contact you for confirmation if the addition cost is more than $40 from quote given.
We will contact you as soon as your furbaby is ready to go home. Early pickups when your pet is not ready will only cause anxiety as your pet will only want to be with you.
Due to the high standard of our grooming, this can not be rushed.
After the groom-
Pictures of your beautiful baby will be taken and shared on facebook; please advise during drop off if you do not wish this to be done.
To keep our cost and prices down, we do not have EFTPOS facility and full cash payment is required at pick up.
Please advised immediately if there is any problems or dis-satisfaction with the groom before you leave.
We recommend rebooking at pick up to avoid disappointment.
And most importantly, cuddle your furbaby.
